DHA - Force measurement & spectroscopyIn order to confirm that the desired structures have been assembled, particularly once nanoscale components have been made, a combination of photonic force microscopy and spectroscopy needs to be performed. Force measurement on the DHA occurs using a high speed camera, obtaining the force profile and then tracking the centre of mass of individual microspheres.
