with the user name and password. Please remember to state in your booking the Research
Area for appropriate charging (eg CMS, LHCb).
Once you have booked the flat the 3 sets of keys are kept in the top draw of Tracie's Office in a cash box- along with
a sign out sheet, you should write your name under the set you have taken (1, 2 or 3), pay your £20.00 deposit and complete the date returned when you return them and collect your deposit. Should I not be here when you need keys or your deposit - a key to the cash box is held by Dave Newbold - please ask an academic to borrow this and hand you the keys/cash. Many thanks - please remember that this key needs to be returned to Dave.
Please do not pass them onto someone else unless you tell Tracie - you paid the deposit and it will be you that loses out plus we need to be able to track
the location of the keys.
Conference Room booking
