The 16th International Conference on Positron Annihilation (ICPA-16) will be held at the H. H. Wills Physics Laboratory, University of Bristol, United Kingdom in the period of August 19-24, 2012 . This conference is the 16th in a series of meetings dating back to 1965 and it continues the long holding tradition of showcasing novel and exciting research from the field of positron annihilation. This conference has a broad remit, attracting participants from across the positron annihilation community, and providing a forum for younger researchers/ postgraduate students to interact with leaders in the field and present their work.
Along with a full oral and poster programme, the conference will include a number of invited talks (speakers to be confirmed shortly), encompassing a breadth of topics across the field of positron annihilation, from the fundamentals of positron/positronium physics to new results, theoretical pursuits and novel experimental methods.
