Where appropriate, a description or bullet point list of
any particular strengths or distinctive or innovative features in
relation to standards and assessment processes, that would be worth
drawing to the attention of external audiences.
The programme is well structured and very comprehensive in the
core material covered. There is a good range of options
available to the students in later years. The Project and Student
Seminar aspects of the programme are excellent, providing an
opportunity to develop independent learning, apply their Physics
knowledge and develop presentational skills within a structured
environment. Despite being demanding in staff time they are a
notable success and very popular with the students. In discussions
with students it is clear that the programme is very well received
and all students commented upon the excellent relationship between
students and staff.
